Dr. Adam Rabinowitz is an Associate Professor and Extension Economist in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology at Auburn University and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut.
His research and extension program focuses on risk management issues through the interface of agricultural policy, farm management, and marketing. He has contributed to knowledge through scholarly output and educational programs related to the farm bill, economics of production, emerging markets, and farm financials. He is also a previous recipient of the Southern Agricultural Economics Association Emerging Scholar Award.
When not working, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. His oldest child will be enrolling in Auburn University as an undergraduate student this fall.
